As our Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting successful delivery within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. You will leverage Agile methodologies to ensure your team stays focused and delivers to client expectations, milestones, and timeframes. You will provide valuable input into project deliverables and documentation, including architecture, cyber security, training, and communication products, while ensuring client and team member satisfaction.
Requirements What You'll Do: Run the end-to-end scrum process up to the agreed number of teams. Undertake impartial and objective facilitation of all key rituals, including Refinement, Planning, Stand Ups, Showcase, Review, and Retrospective. Create, update, and manage agile governance artefacts, including Social Contract, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done. Coach and educate the team on the agile process and benefits of each ritual and foster good scrum practices within the team. Facilitate team cohesion and a shared responsibility. Create, configure, and manage teams and develop dashboards for agile progress visualisation in Azure DevOps. Track sprint progress towards team outcomes, identifying and resolving impediments and blockers quickly, as required. Act as a conduit between the Product Owner and the team, ensuring the Product Owner's vision and goals are captured and delivered by the team. Assist with risk, issue, and dependency management, as well as status reporting on team progress. Build strong relationships with all project stakeholders. Provide input into project deliverables as required, such as architecture documentation, cyber security documentation, training material, and communication material. Undertake quality assurance on all project deliverables ensuring they meet DQA and client expectations. What you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar. Accredited Project Management and Agile certifications. AGVSA NV1 or alternative Australian government security clearance or higher security clearance is required. Be a high achiever with a growth mindset who is passionate about ensuring end-user and team member satisfaction. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale IT projects. Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in one-to-many teams. Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate (written and verbal) to a Senior Executive level. Ability to build strong, ongoing partnerships with clients, project stakeholders, and team members. Strong knowledge of modern, cloud-based IT systems such as Microsoft 365 or Azure.
