The exciting opportunity: Based just outside of Karratha, a large town of 15,000+ people on the North West coast of Western Australia Report into the General Manager based on site and receive support from a Clinical Leader and external Clinical Specialists Operational management of a 30 bed facility accredited until May 2027 Hold full profit and loss responsibility; drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets Develop strong networks with the local community and maintain the facility's positive reputation Conduct audits and implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain compliance with governing legislation Lead the implementation of any changes required to adapt to the strengthened standards Manage, inspire and educate a small multidisciplinary team, maintaining a culture where staff are committed to empowering residents and delivering personalised care Benefits: Have time to settle into your role at a smooth running facility accredited until May 2027!
