This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management services to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.Benefits ProvidedMinimum $24 p/h + Super + Benefits Program / DiscountsJob security, supporting the Resource SectorUniforms / PPE providedAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Manager Property Services, the Cleaning Utilities are primarily responsible for the general cleaning of the Residential Properties / Facilities managed by Woodside.Duties include:Completion of routine cleans of Tenant properties, including vacate / refresh service requestsAchieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requestsEnsure that properties are cleaned to a high standard, following service schedulesFollow Cleaning Policies and Procedures; maintain records of works completedEnsuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety ActAppropriate storage and use of Chemicals, maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levelsNotifying the Supervisor of any requests / issues across the PortfolioAssist other departments from time to time if requiredAbout UsOur values unite us and provide a set of common guiding principles that help instill a sense of pride throughout our business and serve as great reminders of the core values employees should strive to embody every day.
