Our training is hosted by our internal educators and will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success. Our training is conducted fortnightly. To be successful you will need:  Experience in Aged Care highly desirable but not essential. Transferrable skills considered You will have full availability including weekends Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people Demonstrated understanding and experience in hospitality services Demonstrated empathy of the older person Understanding of food safety and safe chemical use Ability to connect with and support your team Proven experience in delivering high levels customer service Proficiency in using technology, devices and software Ability to speak another language, Croatian, Spanish, Macedonian or similar, is highly desirable but not essential About Warrigal:   Our workplace culture, what we call  The Warrigal Way -  is very important to us.
