Cleaning Supervisor - Perth Northern Suburbs

Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company. We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner to join our growing team as a Cleaning Supervisor.

Southern Cross Cleaning is seeking to hire an experienced commercial cleaner to supervise, train, and work with cleaning personnel at multiple locations North of the River, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for candidates who want full-time employment, live in the Northern Suburbs, and are available to work a variety of shifts Monday to Friday. There is a requirement for Supervisors to work some mornings, day, and evening shifts depending on priorities each week.

Key Duties:

Covering cleaning shifts

Supervising and training cleaners and cleaning personnel

Reviewing and updating cleaning scopes of work

Maintaining high standards of commercial cleaning at multiple sites

Operating cleaning machinery

Adhering to all OHS policies

Taking responsibility and accountability with all tasks

Skills and Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning Industry

Good time management

The ability to manage cleaners and cleaning personnel

Great communication skills

Driver's License

The right to work in Australia

A 'can-do' attitude

Ability to work flexible hours weekdays, mornings, days, or evenings
