We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who can show exceptional results and maintain strong client relationships to join our reputable cleaning team with a position available in part-time capacity, provided with a transport allowance of 5k.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of cleaning activities and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role, with a strong background in commercial cleaning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service delivery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
