ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.The PositionTeam Leadership and hands-on execution of our specialised mine site cleaning services and also residential cleaning.Delivering consistent operational cleaning performance - Great People Management skills.Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance in all aspects of the role.Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships at all levels. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Systems, or possible experience with SAMS is preferred.Driving regular and sustainable continual improvement opportunities, and in liaison with Project Managers ensuring the development of teams in Operational excellence and achievement of all applicable KPIs.The PersonMinimum 2 years experience in cleaning supervisory position(s) is essential.Demonstrable cleaning experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to motivate teams. Ability to be hands-on when required.Experience in delivering on cleaning project deadlines with competing priorities. Highly organised.Manual drivers' license is essential, along with a Current Police Check.The BenefitsOn a 14 day on and 7 day off roster, FIFO from Darwin.
