We are in search of a proficient and dynamic C2 with a proven background in the cleaning industry. This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering a great working team, leading by example, and working closely and hands-on with our team and clients.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as the C1 working closely with our team and ensuring our cleaning standards and customer service remain industry-leading. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in cleaning operations, team leadership, and client interaction.
Monday to Friday – Cleaning Site Supervisor – C1
7am – 3pm Working Hours Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with our clients and cleaning teams on a daily basis. Oversee the cleaning operations to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Cover missed shifts and work alongside cleaning teams as needed. Provide timely and accurate information to administration, ensuring all staff are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and their duties/hours of work. Initiate actions to prevent non-conformance and improve performance. Recruitment and training of new and existing cleaners. Ensure safe work practices are followed and that all assets are maintained. Report and review incidents and accidents, and conduct toolbox talks. Oversee staff inductions and training. What You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience in the cleaning industry. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry Award. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, verbal, and report writing skills. Ability to maintain a positive team culture. Additional Information:
Minimum 1-2 years Cleaning Supervision
Police Check Certificate (must be current no more than 3 months)
