Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Cleaning Supervisor. This role involves managing a site cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing leadership to both the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations.Managing shift rosters, including core and ad-hoc shifts.Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning staff.Ensuring compliance with quality systems.Conducting service delivery audits and preparing reporting requirements.Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.Strong attention to detail.Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panels, Access Control systems, and emergency processes.Ability to mentor staff and drive performance.In-depth understanding of workplace safety and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.Benefits:
