About the Role
The Sunnyfield enterprise business is focused on delivering commercial services whilst providing employment opportunities for people with disability to build their skills and capacity to make a difference. We are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions for commercial and residential properties. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily cleaning operations. You will play an essential role in the day-to-day cleaning operations whilst supporting and empowering our people. This is a Monday to Friday position, working 8 am to 4 pm and no weekends!
Key focus includes: Responsibility for developing and maintaining cleaning schedules Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. Train and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring proper cleaning procedures are followed. Conduct inspections of cleaning work to maintain high standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed. Assign duties to cleaning staff based on workload and site requirements. Handle customer complaints or requests, ensuring client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment. Customer management, including new business opportunities and ongoing review of performance with existing customers. About You
