Description: As a Cleaning Supervisor at Cater Care, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating the cleaning staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.Training, mentoring, and guiding cleaning team members.Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures.Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.Inspecting designated areas to ensure they are properly cleaned and maintained.Handling any maintenance or repair issues related to cleaning equipment.Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.Reporting on staff performance, operational activities, and any incidents as required.Assisting with recruitment processes for new cleaning staff when necessary.Maintaining open communication with management regarding any facility-related concerns or improvements.Skills and Experiences: Experience: You know your cleaning chemicals like a chef knows spices. You can handle cleaning equipment like a pro – it's practically your sidekick. You're committed to rocking Cater Care's Quality and Safety Management system.
