Cleaning Services Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and operational management of cleaning sites across New South Wales as a Cleaning Services Manager, employed on a Full time basis.
This position is based out of Sydney - our head office is based in Macquarie Park however this role will focus on sites from Northern Metropolitan Sydney up to the QLD border.
This challenging and exciting role will see you provide leadership to oversee the day to day operations of our New South Wales sites and maintain client relationships.
The Position :
Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns Oversee day to day operations at the various sites Manage and lead a dedicated cleaning team Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices Perform administrative functions, including incident reporting Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers Ensure cost effective management of the contracts Minimum Criteria :
Management or supervisory experience within the cleaning industry is highly desirable Valid unrestricted driver's licence and clear police check dated within 3 months Self motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent understanding of cleaning chemical use and MSDS Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters A natural at providing excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills To apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
