We currently employ over 2,000 personnel across various operations in our active market. The role We are seeking dedicated Cleaning & Laundry attendants to work in our clients' aged care facility located in Woonona, NSW.
Shift Schedule Multiple morning and afternoon shifts across Monday to Sunday.Weekend and Public Holiday Loadings apply.The Shift schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate during the interview process.
*The successful applicant must provide a current Federal Police Check certificate (or be willing to apply for one) and must have received both doses of the COVID-19 Vaccination. Duties Include Cleaning in an Aged Care facility including resident rooms, public areas, toilets, and dining rooms.Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and participating in the infection control program.Maintaining records of completion of cleaning schedule duties.Safe storage and use of cleaning agents including correct cleaning agents used in correct quantities.Responsible for the laundering of residents' linen and personal clothing.Collection, sorting, and distribution of laundry in the facility.Practicing safe chemical management and disposal.Completing Quality and Safety documents.Key Attributes Excellent communication skills - proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.Dedication and enthusiasm.Ability to work as part of a team.Safe use of chemicals.Knowledge of Work, Health & Safety and Infection Control.High level of respect for the elderly and experience in aged care cleaning will be a bonus.Benefits and perks The successful applicant will be offered a competitive hourly rate plus penalty loadings as per Hospitality Award.
