About the Home Bupa Waratah is a modern care home set in the quiet residential suburb of Waratah, Newcastle.
You will be close to the local community with Waratah village shopping centre, parks including Blackbutt reserve, Newcastle Harbour and local beaches.
It consists of 109 beds, with a variety of care units.
Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
Duties Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standardsClean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areasComplete required documentation and reportingAd hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and cateringSkills and Experience Cert III Hospitality highly regardedAged care experience highly regarded but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesFlexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the weekHow to Apply Click Apply to be taken to our online application process.
