About the your role
As a Permanent Full Time Cleaning and Laundry Coordinator , you'll provide efficient management and operations of the cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring a safe, high quality cleaning and laundry service to residents and guests in compliance with legislative requirements and ASNZS Standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices.
Responsibilities include: Manage all compliance aspects of cleaning and laundry services Provide leadership and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team Responsible for managing and working within budgets for cleaning, laundry and labour costs ensuring budgeted hours are achieved Manage the ordering, delivery, stock control and storage processes for housekeeping services Communicate regularly with residents and committees to ensure the housekeeping services meet their needs, and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and practices Lead and manage Bolton Clarke's Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) goals Ability to purchase additional leave Employee assistance program for all employees Professional development and career opportunities Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per year An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family What do we need from you?
