About the your role
As a Permanent Full Time Cleaning and Laundry Coordinator, you'll provide efficient management and operations of the cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring a safe, high quality cleaning and laundry service to residents and guests in compliance with legislative requirements and ASNZS Standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices.
Responsibilities include: Manage all compliance aspects of cleaning and laundry servicesProvide leadership and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping teamResponsible for managing and working within budgets for cleaning, laundry and labour costs ensuring budgeted hours are achievedManage the ordering, delivery, stock control and storage processes for housekeeping servicesCommunicate regularly with residents and committees to ensure the housekeeping services meet their needs, and issues are addressed in a timely and professional mannerIdentify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and practicesLead and manage Bolton Clarke's Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) goalsAbility to purchase additional leaveEmployee assistance program for all employeesProfessional development and career opportunitiesGenerous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per yearAn Employee Assistance Program for staff and familyWhat do we need from you?
