The Role Reporting to the Park Manager, you deliver a positive guest experience through coordination of cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities.
You are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins, amenities, and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including guests, staff, and the company.
You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions.
The Guest Services team takes pride in maintaining the guest facilities to an exceptional standard.
Level 2 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 – Casual roster with uniform and safety wear provided. About You An experienced individual who is highly customer-focused and equally passionate about providing a clean welcoming environment and exceptional guest-first experiences.
You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You possess proven experience in a similar role and are available to work a casual flexible roster over a 7–10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
