The Position:
Cleaning of sites as varied as Retail Shopping Centers, Universities, Parklands (like Roma Street and Southbank), Airports and Public Buildings.
Cleaning of all public internal areas; bathrooms, kitchens and common rooms.
Cleaning of external areas - roads and walkways using high pressure washers and road sweepers.
Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously
Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
At least 12 months experience with cleaning machinery such as high pressure washers, carpet cleaners, road sweepers is beneficial or at least the willingness to learn.
If working on external cleaning, you need to be comfortable that with working outside in hot and cold weather, with the work being physically demanding.
Current Police Clearance no older than 3 months is essential for ALL roles
Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
Professional presentation and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
For roles at universities, a Blue Card is required.
For roles at airports, you will need to pass an ASIC and a drug and alcohol test.
