As a cleaner you will be responsible for the cleaning of residents' rooms and general areas in the home. You will enjoy working in a large team who are committed to making a difference in the lives of residents.The shifts availabilities are Monday-Friday 0700-1330hrs, 0700-1500hrs and weekends 0700-1500hrsAbout youThe successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys interacting with older people and has the right heart and drive to serve.Previous cleaning experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of work health and safety practicesAbility to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasksPrevious experience in aged care (desirable)Willingness to work as part of a busy, friendly teamStrong focus, positive attitude and is well organisedExcellent communication skillsAbout Baptistcare Caloola CentreNestled in the peaceful and scenic bushland of Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre provides quality, specialist support to a well-loved community on beautifully landscaped gardens neaby to the shops, clubs, and church.The 70-room facility provides quality, palliative care as well as security for those living with dementia.
