Our maintenance employees form a critical part of the restaurant team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. The maintenance role is primarily focused on the cleanliness of the restaurant (internally and externally) and preparing the restaurant for trade each day. This role is suited to an individual who is energetic, highly organised, and is able to work autonomously and has a high attention to detail.
We are hiring candidates for casual, part time and full-time positions at our South Nowra, Nowra Central and Bomaderry Restaurants. As a 24 hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurants requirements. There is potential to progress to higher level positions within the organisation.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
