About the role We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Cleaner at the friendly Cornwall Housing building, Trecarn Close, Launceston, working 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00).
We are looking for a reliable cleaner who takes pride in their work, to provide an excellent service to the site, for the cleaning of communal areas, toilets and laundry rooms. You will be undertaking the following duties -
Using appropriate powered cleaning equipment, undertake cleaning in accordance with site specificationsKeeping paths, steps and outside hard surface areas tidy, including the emptying of litter binsRemoving graffiti as directedTo carry out other extra or general duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/ Manager in accordance with the site specification or as may be necessary from time to time.You will be required to undertake in-house training upon induction with any additional training as and when required.
Work at all times within the code of requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
