We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to join the team at Regis Kirwan.
This is a permanent part-time role that will assist the home in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimizing health risks and maximizing safety.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure all cleaning requirements are met each shift.Interact with the residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner.Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, following established cleaning protocols.Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility.Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Employment with Regis is subject to satisfactory background checks which include professional references, NDIS worker screening clearance, and current year flu vaccination.
About YouAs a collaborative member of the team, you will possess:
