The Role An exciting opportunity to support Parklands Village, in our Port Macquarie village and provide high quality cleaning/ domestic services to residents. What you will do Follow Duty Statement as set out Operate and maintain cleaning equipment Keep Village Manager informed of any cleaning concerns or noticeable changes in the health or wellbeing of a resident. General cleaning- sweeping, vacuuming, moping, washing down of floors and surfaces. Provide a caring, safe and healthy environment for residents and visitors Monitor health and well-being of residents and report to the Village Manager or Administration Officer any variations/deteriorations. Build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect where we enable our residents to live their life at the fullest. What we like about you You have a cheerful and pleasant disposition, and are patient, with a sense of humour and enjoy working with and serving older people. You have the ability to work unsupervised and closely follow a predefined work schedule. You are able to follow instructions & work well, at times under pressure and in a close-knit team. Experience in caring for mature aged persons Current First-Aid and CPR Certificate You are positive, energetic, hands on and a compassionate person
