Ventia is offering regular ongoing employment with the NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract for people who are looking to enter the Cleaning Industry.

Ventia can offer: Uniforms and PPE provided All equipment and cleaning products supplied and stored on site Onsite training provided by qualified trainers Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available for you and your family Certificate III in cleaning services available for eligible employees Supportive and inclusive culture Opportunity for career progression We are looking for people who can work in the following sites: Shoal Bay Primary School - 6am – 7.15am morning shift Tanilba Bay Ambulance Station - morning shift Lemon Tree Police Station Office - morning shift Saint Nicholas Early Education Medowie - 6pm – 11pm afternoon shift About the role: Provide high quality cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFE Colleges, and Government Buildings in your local area.
Applicants will need reliable transport to and from work.
You must be able to clear a national police background check along with a pre-employment medical and Working with Children Check.
Key Duties: Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc) Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms Tidying external grounds, rubbish collection and leaf blowing Maintenance of stock supplies and orders Skills & Experience: No experience necessary Good communication and time management skills An eye for detail and proactive approach The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team To promote work-life balance, we offer the following shifts: 8-hour positions available for split shifts (5am - 9am and 2pm - 6pm, with view to permanency) Early morning shift: 5am - 9am Afternoon shift: 2pm - 6pm About Ventia: Ventia is one of the leading infrastructure services companies, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
