Your responsibilities involve maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our residents.
Your key responsibilities will be: Cleaning and Disinfecting: Regularly clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other areas throughout the facility.Waste Management: Dispose of waste, including both regular trash and medical waste, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols.Infection Control: Follow strict infection control procedures, such as using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections.Stocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning and hygiene supplies (such as soaps, sanitizers, and cleaning agents) are adequately stocked and available for residents and staff.Equipment: Using floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys and consumables.Skills & Experience Experience in an Aged Care setting preferableAdaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.Ready to Apply Our people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
