About the opportunity Join our Hotel Services Department.
Mercy Health Albury has a 30 bed inpatient hospital, offering a range of services to the region.
We can offer you a supportive team environment and job security.
We have a dedicated team that provides excellent service to our patients.
This position is responsible for maintaining our standards of cleanliness in the hospital.
The successful applicant will join the team and be responsible for cleaning all areas of the hospital including public areas and within patient rooms.
You will work closely alongside our diverse team at Mercy Health, becoming part of a team all working to provide great care for our patients.
The role of cleaner has been an important part of the patient's journey, providing a clean environment for our patients to get better.
Duties of our cleaning staff include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms, collection of dirty linen, removal of rubbish from patient rooms and from public areas, and other duties as applicable.
This supportive team environment will see the applicant attend a well-supported orientation to suit their needs.
