About this role:Programmed Care requires Domestic Assistants/Cleaners to assist our aged care clients throughout Adelaide's Mount Barker and Hills District. This position requires a wide travel radius from Mt Barker through to the Adelaide foothills, eg Myrtlebank, Rosslyn Park, Strathalbyn and surrounds.This position requires employees to assist our clients with light domestic/cleaning tasks within their own homes. As this is a community position, requiring a wide travel radius, having your own reliable vehicle is a must.Day shifts on offer begin at 8.00am through to approx 4.00pm.You are paid for your entire shift, including a 99 cents per KM allowance for your travel between clients.You will need to have:
Experience in a comparable role
First Aid certificate & CPR (preferable but not essential)
YOUR OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE- ESSENTIAL
Current Australian drivers licence, car registration and insurance
National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Working with Children Check
Passport and/or birth certificate (proof of Australian citizenship)
Covid-19 vaccinations(2 minimum - essential for work in aged care sector)
