The Opportunity
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the region from Townsville to Whitsunday.
Your key focus will be identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring contract renewals and growth within the small to medium enterprise (SME) portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to make a meaningful impact in a thriving region.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
Deliver high-quality customer service with operational excellence.
Undertake administrative tasks associated with the CRM.
About You
You will have the support of a strong operational and management team, which will provide you with the resources and guidance needed to succeed in your role.
You have a proven track record of success in Business Development and Account Management.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in an autonomous environment, you're ready to hit the ground running.
You maintain a high standard of personal presentation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a sharp understanding of business needs and commercial acumen.
You are well-regarded for your ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will be highly regarded.
You are flexible and prepared to travel as required to fulfil your role.
