The Opportunity
The Dispatch Coordinator manages the day-to-day transport operations for our Wetherill Park site as part of the Hydrocarbons division. You will ensure the transport component of the business is operated in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. This role will also include:
Coordinating and scheduling all driver routes to ensure customers are serviced Managing route optimisation ensuring efficient use of resources Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and operating procedures, which includes monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheets Maintaining relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers, and customers About You
You will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, you will bring the following skills to the position:
Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to build solid working relationships with operations teams Good understanding of operating procedures Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite Benefits
