The Opportunity As a Customer Service Officer at Cleanaway, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational excellence.
Here's what you'll do: Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing expert assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service requests, schedule collections, and manage customer accounts.
Proactively communicate service updates, promotions, and initiatives to our valued customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to engage with customers: Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
