The Opportunity The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to provide day to day operational support, including:
Supporting ER case management Performance management Leadership development Change management activities This role will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to ensure people strategies are executed effectively and fosters a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture across the organisation. About You A trusted Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys initiating, building, and maintaining genuine collaborative working relationships at all levels across the business. Your ability to influence and shape the strategic agenda together with your peers will assist in shaping the culture of Cleanaway.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business or other related discipline Demonstrated experience in a generalist human resources advisory role, preferably within a blue collar or manufacturing environment A working knowledge of broad HR functions, including employee and industrial relations, award interpretation and cultural change management Ability to explore business needs from an analytical perspective and understand the impact of data on decision making Why join Cleanaway?
