About the Role
The People & Culture Business Partner will be the primary, day-to-day operational contact for the provision of Human Resources advice and services.
This role will work in partnership with the relevant managers to provide strategic HR and ER advice and support on all HR related matters to support business objectives.
You will work closely with site operational leaders to:
Provide guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR/ER activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absentee management, restructuring of services and performance management) to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management.
In partnership with operational leaders and executive managers, follow up on individual and team training needs and support appropriate training.
Delivery of key projects - for example - Roll out of new HR systems (EMS, Express), Employee Recognition events, Leadership Development Program.
Support operational leaders in the management of change.
Assist in the development of tools and techniques to review business processes and continually improve.
Coach and encourage leaders to display behaviours that will drive a safety focused leadership culture.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or human resources and previous experience in an advisor or business partnering role.
Experience in Aged Care or Community Service industries would be advantageous.
