Classroom Teacher

Year Level/Subject: Primary St Carlo Borromeo Primary School is seeking a classroom teacher who is innovative, knowledgeable and highly skilled in helping each student achieve their greatest potential.
This is a full-time ongoing position, to commence on January 28, 2025.
Applicants will possess the skills and abilities to promote high expectations for all, embrace a collaborative approach to learning and teaching, and demonstrate a commitment to the ongoing development of our learning community.

Special Requirements
The successful applicant will:
have a commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of all children
have accreditation to teach in a Catholic school or a willingness to achieve accreditation to teach in a Catholic school
possess the qualifications, skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience
be familiar with the Science of Learning and MACS Vision for Instruction
effectively use data to inform teaching and learning
have an understanding of an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning
hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration
