We are seeking a Classroom Support Officer to join our Student Services Team.
Our Student Services Team is a dynamic group, including a Support Teacher for Inclusive Education, an Indigenous Liaison Officer, and Guidance Counsellors. Together, we work to meet the diverse learning needs of students across all year levels. Due to growing enrolments, we have full-time and part-time positions available.
In this role, you will be required to work in a classroom environment with a high level of confidentiality and engage with students from Year 7 to Year 12. For one of the available roles, we are particularly seeking a candidate with a focus on Mathematics or Science to provide specialised classroom support in these key subject areas.
Ideally, you will have: Previous experience and/or hold a minimum Cert 3 in Educational SupportProven communication and interpersonal skillsA willingness to work as part of a teamThe ability and initiative to apply your skills in supporting students to achieve successful learning outcomes.Please include a cover letter and resume (as one document) addressing the points above with your application.
