Position: Logistics / Operations Coordinator
Company: Australian apparel company (retail and wholesale)
Location: Remote
Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week
Hours: 9am-5pm AEST, Mon-Fri
This is a multi-disciplined position, encompassing all functions of a multi-branded apparel group.
The successful candidate must possess the experience and efficiency to undertake their daily tasks, contributing to the success of the brands, including the management of international and domestic cargo, warehousing, online and wholesale supply chain administration, and involvement in business-critical special projects.
Ideal for a junior with moderate experience ready to step-up and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Manage supplier shipments to distribution and fulfilment centres in Canada and Australia.
Ensure stock control systems and inventories are accurate and co-ordinate with distribution and fulfilment centres to deliver discreet internal policies and procedures.
Build and nurture relationships with a variety of external stakeholders including freight forwarders, fulfilment centre teams, last mile providers, distributors, and system providers.
Oversee the coordination of all B2C/B2B allocations and manage all retailer shipments across the relevant brand portfolios.
Conduct and implement project management strategies in relation to special projects undertaken by the business.
Assess, explore, and implement relevant process strategies to help improve business standards, longevity, and efficiency.
Produce and communicate a variety of reports relating to key responsibilities and management of business needs.
Assist the Production and Sales Team in management of seasonal and replenishment requests, warehouse inventory, and wholesale returns.
Support retailers and account holders in coordinating ad-hoc shipment requests across the relevant brands, communicate of inbound orders, and other after-sales related tasks.
Qualifications:
Some experience in the industry is required but motivated to learn more on the job.
Preferable experience with ERPs such as CIN7, Shopify, Gorgias, and Microsoft Office software platforms.
Highly proficient in written and verbal English communication.
