Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional with expertise in Microsoft 365 and tenant management to assist with setting up a new Microsoft tenant for our company, Finance Differently Pty Ltd, and migrating data from the existing tenant. This is a one-time project, but it requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
Scope of Work:
Tenant Setup:
• Create a new Microsoft 365 tenant for Finance Differently Pty Ltd.
• Close the existing tenant (PFS Pty Ltd trading as Finance Differently) and ensure all necessary services and accounts are migrated seamlessly. Email Migration:
• Migrate the following email accounts from the existing tenant to the new tenant:
• kat
• coy
• hello (shared mailbox)
• Ensure all emails and associated documents are migrated securely to the appropriate accounts or SharePoint/OneDrive sites. New Email Setup:
• Create the following new email accounts in the new tenant:
• shane@
• ina@
• Configure the accounts for optimal performance and security. Licensing:
• Assist in setting up and activating Microsoft 365 licences for the new tenant.
• Ensure accounts are properly linked to the purchased licences. Testing and Validation:
• Test all migrated emails and documents to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Validate the functionality of new email accounts and shared mailboxes. Requirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant setup and migration. Expertise in email and document migration, including shared mailboxes. Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive configuration. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly and provide progress updates. Deliverables:
Fully operational Microsoft 365 tenant for Finance Differently Pty Ltd. Migrated email accounts and associated documents. Configured new email accounts with licences. A final report summarising the migration process and verifying all accounts are functioning as intended. Additional Information:
We are happy to purchase Microsoft 365 licences directly once the tenant is set up. Please indicate your experience and any similar projects you have worked on in your application.
