Job Ad: Property Development Project Manager Position: Property Development Project Manager
Location: REMOTE with regular daily hours
Type: Part Time - Contract AEST Sydney Time - Start ideally 9am or 10am and finish 1pm or 2pm, scope for more hours depending upon skill set.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Property Development Project Manager to oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in support of property development projects. As the Property Development Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of site development projects.
Role Overview: The Project Manager is pivotal in synchronizing workstream activities, maintaining property site checklists, and monitoring and reporting on subcontractors' work progress throughout the lifecycle of property development. The Project Manager participates in site construction meetings, coordinates with subcontractors as well as internal staff, and shepherds action items to their completion.
Key Responsibilities: Logging of commencement of work at site office locations. Oversight and reporting of site supervisors' activities. Participation in construction huddle meetings. Verifying the completion of daily site logs and daily waste reports. Verifying the completion of daily site safety walkthroughs. Documenting of trade quality walkthroughs. Daily reporting on any inclement weather conditions at property sites. Verifying the daily logging of site diaries. Uploading logbooks for properties in Inndox application. Reviewing and approving monthly progress reports for site development projects. Managing the burn down of site punch lists (trade work defects) post development. Knowledge of contracts admin role and ITPS and subcontractor payment schedules. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the property development or construction industry. PM certification or demonstrated mastery of foundational project management techniques. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Required Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with MS O365 and Project Management tools (e.g., Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Monday.com, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. (Must demonstrate clarity in both written and verbal communications). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze and audit project schedules. Application of risk management principles – especially early risk identification and creation of mitigation plans. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with property development processes and phases, from site acquisition to final construction inspection and handover. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track project progress. Problem-solving skills applied in key areas such as tracking and resolving issues.
