Approved educational coursework in food service supervision or related field may be substituted for work experience on a year-for-year basis. General computer experience preferred.Other Requirements: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, employees, students, school staff, and the general public. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to effectively supervise employees. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to operate a computer, cashier terminal, PIN pad, and calculator. Working knowledge of the sanitation, safety, and meal requirements of the Nebraska Department of Health and the United States Department of Agriculture School Lunch Program and Food Distribution Program.
