Large scale, broad practice;Skills & responsibilities You will be a Class Action Lawyer at the 3-6 year level with top-tier experience, or experience from your time as an Associate in the Court system.
Your new role Act on a range of general commercial litigation matters including for Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes; Regulatory investigations; civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators; and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.
