We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Client Service Officer/Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the Role – Client Services Officer/Administration Assistant This position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a client focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required. We are looking for an upbeat and vibrant professional who has the following qualities:
Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy Excellent written & verbal communication skills Brilliant phone manner & personable skills Willingness to learn, show initiative & be a positive 'team player' who is willing to contribute Positive & upbeat attitude High standard of ethics, confidentiality & professionalism Excellent time management with the ability to multitask Responsible & outcome focused Is tech-savvy – there is no need to be an expert, but you must be proficient Flexible, adaptable, & dependable Your duties as our Client Services Officer/Administration Assistant will include but are not limited to:
Welcoming clients along with answering & screening incoming calls in a professional manner Electronic collation & upload of year-end client information such as cover letters, tax returns, BAS's, invoices to our client digital signature portal. Assist with creating jobs in our work in progress systems to track the progress of tasks throughout the office to completion. File & maintain confidential documentation Process lodgements to the Australian Taxation Office Knowledge of ASIC Compliance and assist the team with setup of new structures such as companies and trusts Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management Manage electronic mail downloads and distribution to clients as required Preparation and electronic distribution of our monthly client newsletter Assist with Digital Marketing Liaise with Government departments such as ATO and ASIC Debtors Management and follow up with our texting and email system About you The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years office administration experience in an accounting firm Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Good with technology and problem-solving skills Own car and license Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients At Clarke McEwan, we value a collaborative and supportive work environment.
