What you need to know...
Permanent - 70 hours per fortnight The package: $101,619 - $121,183 plus superannuation per annum.
The salary available is negotiable based on relevant skills and qualifications with a market allowance for the next two years up to $141,183 and is inclusive of Civil Liability Allowance for the right candidate.

Clarence Valley Council is seeking a vibrant and forward-thinking individual for the role of Coordinator Infrastructure Planning and Assets.
We are looking for an energetic and innovative leader to coordinate a collaborative team in managing Council's assets effectively.
With a significant asset portfolio critical to our community's daily life, the Coordinator Infrastructure Planning and Assets will play a key role in implementing and activating the Council's Asset Management Strategy.

If you are an experienced asset management professional with a talent for fostering a team committed to excellence, this role could be your perfect fit.
We're seeking someone with the right qualifications and a passion for making a real difference in the Clarence Valley.

To be considered for this position you will need to:

You will need to demonstrate how you meet the focus capabilities and how your skills will enable you to achieve the key accountabilities.
Answer the 3 target questions - maximum 300 words each question:
Q1.
Please outline your experience in leading a diverse team of asset practitioners, or professionals responsible for the planning and/or delivery of infrastructure projects, and key external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
Q2.
Please describe your experience in the development and implementation of Asset Management strategies and policies.
Q3.
Please explain how you establish and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Other important information
This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot; however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
