The purpose of this role is to provide data entry support through accounts payable to enable EML to achieve compliance with the Key Performance Indicators.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home post training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure service provider payments and medical reimbursements are keyed accurately within required timeframes.Analyse data to identify the correct claim to complete data entry and whether the account is a duplicate.Skilled at managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records in a high-volume environment.Confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, providing clear and accurate assistance.ABOUT YOU Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Accounts payable/receivable experience would be advantageous.Exceptional ability to identify and correct errors, ensuring precision in all tasks.Effectively manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
