This is a permanent, full-time role based in Adelaide.
What you'll do Be the primary point of contact for customers who have experienced loss or damage to their caravan, motorhome, or boatEnsure our customers are proactively kept informed with accurate and clear information of claim progression and manage expectationsEffectively manage customer expectations in line with out 'Best Claims Practice' philosophyDevelop a clear understanding through effective listening of each customers claim and circumstanceAction claims in accordance with customer service expectations and service level agreementsEffective decision making and problem solving to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the companyMaintain up to date records regarding all activity on the claimCustomer and Stakeholder complaint resolutionEnsure each claim interaction progresses the claim as far as possible towards completionMinimising the need for further rework or repeat contact from customersEnsure claims are managed in line with the General Insurance Code of Practice guidelines as well as internal processesWhat you'll bring  High level of customer service experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of attention to detail and ability to prioritiseDemonstrated decision making ability and critical thinkingComputer literacy and experience navigating multiple systemsWhat we can offer you
