This position focuses on customer service and support to all stakeholders to provide pro-active, tailored, timely and effective management of specialised claims.This will be a permanent, full time positionbased in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workersLiaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to all partiesConduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker's wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.ABOUT YOUDemonstrates strong customer service focus with exceptional organisational and time management skillsDisplays strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutionsCommunicates clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally to build strong connections with clients and colleaguesSound knowledge of medical terminology gained through work experience or studies in Allied Health is beneficial however not mandatoryWHAT WE OFFERWe stand together as equals.
