As we expand our Motor Claims team, we are seeking resilient, dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Service Officers to play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our members lodging and managing new claims.We have multiple Full-Time roles available with business hours being 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Rostered shift start times will vary between 8.00am and 9.30am, with a 30-minute lunch break, and finish times from 4pm to 5.30pm.Alternatively, we have Part-Time roles with required days of work being Monday and Tuesday at a minimum, and Fridays.This role will see you as the first point of contact in the delivery of a fantastic member service experience together with:Manage inbound and outbound calls providing excellent member experienceInterpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims.Process claims to achieve successful claim outcomes for RAA and our membersEnsure compliance with relevant government legislation, codes, and company policies.Ability to achieve set KPI's and quality targets consistentlyWe pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program commencing Monday 13th January 2025 which will include 3 weeks full-time training of system and product knowledge.About youYour amazing customer service skills together with your ability to problem solve and make decisions will see you succeed in this role, as will your strong organisational skills and ability to understand complex processes.
Additionally, your willingness and capability to have difficult discussions, and your resilient nature will add further to your success along with:Experience in the Insurance industry will be highly regarded, but not essentialCall centre experience will also be highly regarded, but not essentialOutstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to show empathy to customers who have suffered lossA positive can-do attitude and great team worker.About usWe're proud to be one of South Australia's most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
