Join an Employer supporting Claims and RTW functionWell-established national organisation$70-$75 per hour + Superannuation We are seeking an experienced Claims & Return to Work Coordinator to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known brands in a supportive and forward-thinking team within an Employer setting. Support a portfolio of claims, engaging with the claims agent with a focus on proactive case management within this worker's compensation team. These cases will mostly be related to 'high risk' injured and/or ill employees claims.
This is a temporary assignment with the view of becoming a permanent full-time role with a requirement to work full time in the office which is based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
About the role Coordination of processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely case management relating to 'high risk' injured and/or ill employees claimsManage workers compensation claims within Victoria.Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achievedPrepare monthly reports for key BU stakeholders on situation About you: Have an allied health qualification or similar is essentialHave recent demonstrated experience in end to end management of high risk workers compensation claimsHave the ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal & external stakeholdersCollaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally Benefits: Competitive hourly rateOpportunity for an immediate startHave the opportunity to make an impact and change whilst being supported by a national, wellbeing-focused business.
