Exciting opportunity to join our Claims Governance TeamPermanent full-time role based at Mile End with Hybrid working availableJoin a high-performance team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture.Your new opportunityA fabulous new opportunity has become available for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Quality Assurance Officer to join our Claims Governance Team in a full-time permanent role.The role of the Claims Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for conducting regular claim file reviews and task audits to identify claim cost leakage, quality outputs in relation to process and policy, and compliance to regulatory compliance.
You will also be responsible for conducting Claims Supply Chain reviews and audits to monitor Supplier performance against service level agreements, quality control, and regulatory compliance.The findings of these reviews will assist in identifying trends, drive recommended actions to reduce leakage and increase quality and regulatory compliance, and provide feedback to support coaching and development for Claims staff.
The role assists in the education and support of the Claims Leadership team in quality activities, ensuring the ongoing success of quality and assurance management in claims together with:Assisting in the coordination of Claims quality activities to ensure ongoing adherence to processes and compliance with legislative requirements.Providing input to the maintenance and improvement of Claims quality and compliance management tools, frameworks, and processes.Developing effective working relationships with Claims leadership team members and senior claims staff to ensure that actions resulting from recommended improvements are effectively embedded into the Claims operation.What will set you apart from the restYou are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing culture.
