The Opportunity As the Claims Operations Manager for Queensland, you will guide a dedicated team, overseeing all aspects of the claims process from lodgement to completion.
Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team, managing complex claims, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You'll work closely with brokers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to maintain high standards of claims management and deliver on business growth strategies.
