People who understand the end to end lifecycle of motor repairs and can think outside the box in order to provide an excellent experience for our clients. You will be responsible for a large and fast-moving portfolio of motor vehicle insurance claims that specifically manage the repair process. You will be part of an engaged team, who are focused on providing a strong customer service, on time, every time. Daily responsibilities are varied and include: Data entry for new claim lodgement. Telephone liaising with all repair lifecycle stakeholders (tow/insurers/vehicle owners/fleet agencies/repairers/assessors etc) Reconciliation of accounts receivable Critical thinking to negotiate and resolve a variety of disputes with multiple stakeholders Assist insurers with recovery action Utilise systems to effectively and efficiently manage portfolio workflow (e.g. activities requiring action, diary management prompts) Skills & Experience Insurance experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook Demonstrated exceptional customer service Ability to interact in a diverse environment Advantageous Claims management/assessing experience Ability to work independently and within a team Demonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to rapidly adapt to seasonal workflow.
