The role and what we are looking for We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team in Sydney. Previous claims experience is highly desirable. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: · Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;· Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;· Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;· Determining liability and communicating outcome; and· Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.Who are we?
